  • 8 ounces Natural Value Organic Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground organic flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground organic chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon organic ground ginger powder or ¼” coin fresh ginger
  • 8 ice cubes (optional)
  • Filtered water if texture too thick
