Lori Hsu, L.Ac.
Lori’s specialities are in pain management and internal medicine and focuses on insomnia, tinnitus, mental-emotional health, menstrual health, digestive health, chronic disease support, stroke/accident/trauma rehabilitation, and preventative medicine. She has seen that acupuncture and Chinese herbs can be complementary treatments to many modern medicine protocols and can improve outcome and enhance their efficacy where there’s a gap and disconnect in health care. She aims to be an advocate and resource for her patients throughout their journey, and a collaborator in the healing process toward the betterment of their health.
Lori earned her Masters in Oriental Medicine from the Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica. Her education background includes a BS from Caltech in engineering and a MS from UC Berkeley in public policy.
Lori met Dr. Jiling Hu when she was a student at Emperor’s and now is an associate at Mind Body Spirit Acupuncture Center.
